Part #24 of the Marauder Comic: Wrong Ear
Wait, wait, I can explain! It all started when my tablet bit the dust. The replacement will come in next week, but for now I am stuck with traditional media, unless I want to spend 3 times as long drawing lines with the mouse. So I figured, if I have to use traditional media, might as well experiment. I had Moony and Pads made out of sculpey a few weeks ago but got around to painting them with acrylics only now. The scarf is made of clay, so is the glove. There is a kitchen towel on the background and a wintery tree left over from the short period of time I was into beadwork. If I had to do this all over again, I would use a much higher resolution for the photo. Moony is very nitpicky this week and Pads is starting a new fashion. Based on JKR's Marauders. On the off-topic note, MWPP Comic Site is now online (many thanks to the twilightforest.net webmistress for providing webspace). It can be accessed here: [link] Besides comics 1 through 23, you will find my notes, sketches, and avatars there. And of course, as you know, this is adorable. It's cliche, but I had to say it anyway.

Aside from the detailed bodies, the paint job is really well done! I am impressed at how you did Moony's odd colors so well.

I'd rather learn from one bird how to sing
than teach ten thousand stars how not to dance

Out of curiosity . . . five out of how many?
